Trading since 1926, we have decades of experience when it comes to providing an expert butchers service to our local community. In 1999, we decided to make our mouth-watering ranges available across the Midlands, and created a top-notch wholesale butchers service in the Catering Butcher.
In this time, we’ve gained a reputation for being the area’s number one wholesale butchers; currently over 300 venues enjoy our professional service. Based in Stoke-on-Trent, we offer our services in Manchester, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Cheshire, and Derbyshire.

Our expert team of butchers are trained in continental and traditional methods, and will provide you with vacuum packed and portion controlled cuts to meet your needs.

As well as an impressive range of wholesale butchers supplies, we also offer good old fashioned customer service. We operate a fleet of refrigerated delivery vehicles, and our drivers are on the road making deliveries six days a week.
Furthermore, if you order by 7am, we offer same-day delivery on your items. If you happen to forget something off your order, don’t panic! Just let us know, and we’ll do everything we can do get your forgotten items to you in time for dinner service.
