The Jackson family have been involved in traditional butchery since 1926, when Henry Herbert Jackson, a local farmer, set up shop in Stoke-on-Trent. His enthusiasm for the butchery and meat supply trade is echoed through 4 generations; our knowledge and expertise have allowed us to develop into the area’s number one meat supplier for wholesale and trade!
We’re proud to offer a top-notch service to our customers; we supply to over 300 hotels, pubs, restaurants, and more across Staffordshire, Cheshire, Derbyshire and Manchester. The range of services we offer mean that we’re the perfect meat suppliers for everyone!
We provide traditional and continental butchery methods for all your beef, pork, lamb, poultry, game, and veal. As well as this, we also supply cooked meats, burgers and sausages, cheese and eggs, a range of bakery items, and sundries.
On top of all this, we also offer refrigerated next day delivery, and if you order before 7am your order will be with you the same day! This really sets us apart as meat suppliers, along with our tailored menu planning service. As well as this, if there’s a particular product you need, we’re always happy to work with you to develop the perfect menus and recipes!
