Since our establishment in 1926 by a local farmer, H.H.Jackson Ltd have been supplying meat to the midlands, and in 1999 we made the decision to expand into the wholesale market, beginning to supply the catering and hospitality industry as ‘The Catering Butcher’.

Ensuring quality

We pride ourselves on ensuring that we deliver the same level of quality our customers have come to expect from us, as a wholesale butcher. We offer both a high-quality products, and an outstanding customer service experience. We have extensive experience as a specialist meat supplier for hotels, restaurants, pub chains, conferencing venues, catering companies and the education sector. Each week we supply to over 300 venues in the Midlands, Manchester, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Cheshire, and Derbyshire.
We source only the best flavoured, highest quality meat available, and our highly skilled team of butchers with years of experience, produce a premium range of traditionally butchered, vacuum packed, and portion-controlled meat products. Our Beef is quality assured, while our Lamb is sourced from farms within the UK and Ireland, and our Pork is specially selected.

Our services

We supply a wide variety of meats to the wholesale market, and orders can be placed with us 24 hours a day. When an order is placed before 7 am, we can even deliver it the same day! Our uniformed drivers provide a friendly and reliable service, to complement the quality meat that they deliver in our fleet of modern refrigerated vehicles.
We are always happy to help our customers, using our expertise to guide them in creating new and exciting products and recipes. From a specific sausage recipe to a bespoke burger blend, we pride ourselves on going the extra mile.
We are also able to assist our customers in the planning of new menus, by recommending a selection of cuts tailored to your customer base and helping ensure that you achieve your desired profit.
