Being based in Staffordshire with a strong heritage dating back to 1926, we have developed close associations with local farmers in our county, Cheshire and Shropshire who supply us with the finest produce. We like to work with British, Irish and EU producers so that the food miles are kept a low as possible and your chefs have the freshest ingredients with which to work their magic!
