National Butchers Week is a great time to celebrate the team behind the meat. Not only do we have butchers at the forefront of our retail store and at the market, we also have those that prepare the meat for the hospitality team. We are extremely proud of the hard work we put into every cut of meat, ensuring that only the very best product reaches our customers.
The Catering Butchers have over 90 years of Butchers pride, starting life as H.H.Jackson back in 1926. This retail side of the company is still in business today, operating both a local butchers and a market stall.
In 1999 “The Catering Butcher” was born and the family spread their wings into the hospitality industry. The Catering Butchers opened up the world of real butchers to the hospitality industry, not only do we supply excellent cuts of meat, but we can also offer menu creation and next day delivery on a range of products.
The longevity of this family business goes to show how proud we are of what we do.
