Our extensive knowledge around our meat cuts helps us to give you specialist knowledge into which meats would go best with dishes and to improve flavour. We can also help to create bespoke products such as stuffed chicken breasts and special sausage and burger blends to help you to create the perfect dishes!
We use only the highest quality meats for our catering meat supplier service to get the best flavours available. Our beef is all steer & heifier and quality assured, our lamb from from UK & Ireland and Pork from British and EU farms. To make choosing quantities easier we also offer vaccum packed and portion controlled meats.
