All of our beef is steer and heifer and we usually select from Hereford and Angus cattle due to the outstanding texture, flavour and tenderness from the creamy marbling of the meat. Whatever element of your menu you use our beef for you’re assured of a delicious flavour.
We supply an extensive range of beef products which includes (but is by no means restricted to) diced steak, beef olives, braising steak, feather steaks, beef short ribs, steaks and chateau briand – see our full list here. We also provide a wide range of burgers made from our finest beef and flavours include beef and onion and our own signature blend. If you have something specific in mind we can also make burgers specific to your requirements. Our versatility and choice has made us one of the most popular hospitality butchers in the area and we often supply to a wide range of large restaurants, hotels and commercial eateries. All of our beef is traditionally butchered, vacuum packed and can be portion controlled if required.
