Here at The Catering Butcher we pride ourselves on our high quality butchers service, supplying to over 300 businesses a week – which include restaurants, catering companies and pubs. We’re incredibly proud of our beef which is steer & heifer and quality assured to ensure that it meets the high standards demanded by our customers. We mainly select our beef from Hereford and Angus cattle simply because we love the marbling and creamy fat in this beef, which ensures tenderness, texture & flavour.
Beef is incredibly versatile meat and is a firm favourite for many, whether it’s a delicious fillet steak, a succulent roast, or braised in a stew – the possibilities for beef are endless. As one of the leading meat suppliers in Staffordshire we pride ourselves on providing a huge choice of high quality beef cuts for you to choose from. Our range is huge and includes traditional cuts, as well as cuts such as the blade, chuck and skirt which have become increasingly in recent years for their exceptional flavour when cooked for long periods of time.
We’re experts at working with businesses and so have tailored our service to meet the demands of this industry. All of our deliveries are completed in refrigerated vans to ensure that your meat arrives as fresh as possible and we can deliver 6 days a week. We take orders 24 hours a day to make sure that whatever your schedule you can place orders with us at a time that suits you; we can also organise same day deliveries on orders placed before 7am!
