Our partners include Gressingham, Black Angus, Red Hereford, Ridings Reserve and Mackenzies Yorkshire Smokehouse. By using these exceptional suppliers we ensure that we’re premium meat suppliers in the area. A large portion of our lamb is sourced from Staffordshire and Shropshire and all is from the UK and Ireland.
We pride ourselves on being versatile meat suppliers for the Staffordshire, Manchester and Cheshire areas – providing a wide range of cuts and products for each individual meat. Take our pork products for example , we offer almost 100 different cuts or pork products which includes gammon, ribs, ham hocks, pancetta, belly pork, pork loin steaks, shoulders of pork and pork rind. And as a hospitality butcher we can portion control all of our cuts to make menu planning easy, and can prepare them to your specifications.
