Quality Produce – It all starts with the quality of our product. We use naturally grazed Hereford and Angus cattle for our beef. Free roaming in lush pastureland produces excellent cuts of meat. We take the same pride and consideration in all of our pork, lamb and poultry produce to ensure you get consistent quality all of the time. We source from the UK and Ireland.
Efficiency – Being wholesale butchers we understand the demands of the catering and hospitality trade. You need a speedy service and we deliver 6 days a week with our own fleet of temperature controlled vehicles. Get your order to us by 7am and we will deliver to the UK the same day.
Variety – We have all the cuts you would expect from wholesale butchers and more! Our extensive range of meat products, poultry, pork and lamb is unrivalled. But here at The Catering Butcher we also supply game, burgers, sausages, cheese and eggs and sundries. Do you need bakery products or perhaps cooked meats? We supply them too! Everything you need to create delicious meals at your pub, restaurant, hotel and hospitality venue.
Service – We strive for great customer service which goes above and beyond that of other wholesale butchers. Friendly and personal, we don’t require a minimum order value, and if there is something you have missed, give us a call and we will try our best to get it to you before your service starts in the evening.
